Warranty support depends on the product, brand, fault, order date, and how the item has been used. Your order confirmation will be used as the first proof point.

What warranty can cover

  • Manufacturing faults confirmed after inspection.
  • Brand warranty cases where the supplier accepts the issue.
  • Incorrect or damaged items reported promptly after delivery.

What warranty usually does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear from training, matches, or repeated use.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, poor storage, or unauthorised repair work.
  • Damage caused by using equipment outside its intended sport or level.
  • Personalised, prepared, or modified products unless a fault is confirmed.

How to raise a warranty query

  1. Email orders@sportsdevil.co.uk.
  2. Include your Sports Devil order number or order reference.
  3. Add clear photos of the issue, product labels, and packaging where available.
  4. Wait for inspection or supplier guidance before returning anything.
