General Returns

Online Purchases: 14-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

In-Store Purchases: 7-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

All items must be in resaleable condition with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Items Excluded from Returns

• Customised equipment and personalised items.
• Items excluded for hygiene reasons, including protective gear and mouthguards.
• Sale items marked as final sale.
• Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
• Items without original packaging or tags.

Cricket Bat Preparation Returns Policy

Important: Orders with bat preparation services have special conditions:

• Orders with bat preparation cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
• If cancellation is requested after preparation starts, a 60% deduction applies.
• No free returns on prepared bats unless the item is faulty.
• Return postage is reimbursed only after inspection confirms a fault.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We will provide a returns authorisation number.
4. Pack items securely in original packaging.
5. Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
