Returns Policy

General Returns

Online Purchases: 14-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

In-Store Purchases: 7-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

All items must be in resaleable condition with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Items Excluded from Returns

  • Customised equipment and items (including personalised bats, jerseys, etc.)
  • Items excluded due to hygiene reasons (including protective gear, mouthguards, underwear)
  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Cricket Bat Preparation Returns Policy

Important: Orders with bat preparation services have special conditions:

  • Orders with bat preparation cannot be cancelled once processing begins
  • If cancellation is requested after preparation starts, a 60% deduction applies
  • No free returns on prepared bats - buyer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
  • Return postage will be reimbursed only after inspection confirms a fault

How to Return

  1. Contact us at orders@sportsdevil.co.uk within 14 days (online purchases) or 7 days (in-store purchases)
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a returns authorization number
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  6. Ship to our returns address (provided in email)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If your order qualifies for return, shipping costs will be reimbursed with your refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item following our returns process and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
